A) From Pisa
|
Take the fast road SGC FI-PI-LI
direction Firenze, exit at Pontedera-Ponsacco,
and always follow direction Volterra (SR 439 and
SR 439 Dir). Beyond several small villages, and
in particular after La Sterza, you'll find
some signs with the indications about Santa Vittoria.
In the nearby Molino d'Era (hotel, restaurant
and gas station) you'll find a cross to
Volterra (to the right, SP 15), you'll turn
right and after 1,5 km. you'll see Santa
Vittoria's entrance.

| B)
Fro Siena and Florence |
Take
the fast road Firenze-Siena, exit at Colle Val d'Elsa
and follow direction Volterra: when you are at Volterra,
turn around the city walls following direction PISA
and take the road SP15 direction Pisa (this road
passes in front of the supermarket Conad and the
Camping Le Balze): after 7.5 km. you'll find
on the left Santa Vittoria's entrance. |

From Rome |
Motorway: you can
take the A1 direction Milano, exit at Sinalunga,
take the road 326 and reach Siena. Then take the
fast road Siena-Firenze, exit at Colle Val d'Elsa,
and see above chapter B).
Aurelia: you can
take Aurelia (SS 1) direction Livorno and reach
Cecina, then you can follow direction Volterra
on the road SR 68; when you arrive at Volterra,
turn around the city walls following direction
PISA and take the road SP15 direction Pisa, and
see chapter A).

| D)
From Milano |
You have to take the motorway A 1direction Roma.
Before Parma, you have 2 options:
- you can take motorway A 15 (CISA) direction
La Spezia, then take the motorway A 12 direction
Livorno, and AFTER Pisa you MUST EXIT at the
sign S.G.C. FI-PI-LI (also direction PISA AIRPORT).
Then you are one the fast road S.G.C. direction
Firenze, you will pass in front of the Pisa
airport still direction Firenze, exit at Pontedera-Ponsacco.
From now on see Chapter A).
- you can go on on the motorway A 1 direction
Roma. Before Firenze, again 2 options:
2-a) this is the best one in my opinion:
exit at Firenze- Signa, there you immediately
find the sign SGC FI-PI-LI and take it direction
PISA, exit at Pontedera-Ponsacco. From now
on see Chapter A).
2-b) if you go on, you will arrive at Firenze
where you have to exit at Firenze-Certosa.
Immediately you will find the fast road Firenze-Siena,
you have to go direction Siena and exit at
Colle Val d'Elsa. From now on see chapter
B).
